Youth Villages is seeking a Family Intervention Specialist to support at-risk youth and families in home-based settings. You will carry a caseload of 4 to 6 families, conduct weekly sessions, and work with care teams to create strength-based, solution-focused treatment plans.
This role requires a Bachelor’s in a social services field (Master’s preferred), strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to travel to families’ homes.
