• Plan, organize, and direct recreational programs for individuals in the caseload.
• Evaluate, write, and implement written training programs to address skill‑improvement needs for individuals in the caseload.
• Supervise aides in program delivery.
• Actively participate in habilitation team meetings.
• Attend relevant in‑service training sessions.
