As an IFR Pilot
, you’ll play a critical role in delivering life‑saving air medical transport services. This position offers a challenging, rewarding, and dynamic environment—perfect for pilots passionate about advancing their careers while making a meaningful impact.
- Execute line pilot duties in accordance with General Operations Manual (GOM) standards.
- Champion and support the Safety Management System, Destination Zero, and other safety initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe, courteous, and reliable transport services.
- Participate in community outreach programs and maintain adherence to company policies.
- Assist with patient and equipment loading/unloading as required.
- Perform duties during 24‑hour operations, including day and night rotations.
- Commercial and Instrument Helicopter Ratings.
- First Class Medical certification.
- Compliance with CAMTS standards.
- Minimum of 2,000 total flight hours
, including 1,500 helicopter hours. - Minimum of 1,000 PIC helicopter hours
, including 500 turbine helicopter hours. - Night operations: 100 hours unaided or 50 hours unaided + 100 hours NVG.
- Minimum of 75 hours of instrument time (actual and hood).
- Maximum individual weight of 235 lbs, per company policy.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Successful completion of interview, customer, and management approval processes.
- Pass pre‑employment physical, drug screening, and background check.
