Accounts Receivable Specialist

Job Title:

Accounts Receivable Associate

Duration: 3 month contract **

Work Location:

Onsite, Merriam

• Payment Processing:
  Ensure all billings and receivables are correctly processed in a timely manner, including credit card, ACH, check, and cash payments.
• Customer Accounts:
  Identify and resolve customer account discrepancies by working within our Net Suite and Salesforce systems.
• Customer Communication:
  Handle customer correspondence, proactively calling customers to answer billing questions and follow up on late payments.
• Financial Reporting:
  Assist with month-end close procedures, generate invoices, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Additional Duties:
  Take on key accounting tasks such as processing unclaimed property, managing business license renewals, and assisting with financial statement analysis.

• Education/
  
  Experience:
  
  Bachelor's degree in accounting or at least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Experience with Net Suite and Salesforce is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with proven organizational and time-management abilities.
• Adaptability:
  The ability to work both independently and collaboratively. A strong technical aptitude and openness to taking on additional responsibilities
