Team Captain Operations

Dick's Sporting Goods -  - Responsibilities:
Lead store operations across on-field and off-field execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience;
Coach team to deliver strong execution across merchandising, pricing, and signage on the sales floor, while also supporting inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes behind the scenes;
Develop 30-60-90 day plans to support business priorities for assigned department(s);
Establish working plans related to operational initiatives, staffing, hiring needs, and budgets;
Oversee opening and closing procedures, Front End and Cash Office functions, teammate supervision, and payroll goals;
Create schedules and assign workload to maximize efficiencies while meeting athlete traffic demands;
Build and lead a strong team through sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention of direct reports;
Provide coaching, feedback, development, recognition, and performance management including annual reviews
