Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) - Registered Nurse - Travel

Shawnee Mission, KS

Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend | No On-Call Required

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill neonatal patients in a NICU setting
• Monitor and assess the condition of neonatal patients, responding promptly to changes in status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float to well baby nursery and transition nursery as needed
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with established protocols

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Current ACLS certification
• FHM (Fetal Heart Monitoring) certification
• Ability to float to well baby nursery and transition nursery

• Prior travel nursing experience in a NICU setting
• Experience working in well baby nursery or transition nursery environments

• No on-call requirements, offering a predictable and balanced schedule
• Opportunity to work in a specialized neonatal care environment as part of a dedicated travel nursing assignment
