Automotive Service Technician

$30–$50 per Flag Hour | Full-Time

Are you an experienced Automotive Service Technician looking for a shop that values your skills, supports your growth, and rewards performance? We're seeking a motivated, ASE-Certified Technician to join our growing team. If you have strong diagnostic abilities, a positive attitude, and a commitment to quality workmanship, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs and maintenance as specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to identify issues.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including:
    • Engines
    • Transmissions
    • Electrical Systems
    • Steering and Suspension
    • Brakes
    • Air Conditioning Systems
  • Communicate findings and repair recommendations with Service Advisors.
  • Provide accurate estimates for additional repairs when needed.
  • Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of automotive service technician experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • ASE Certification required.
  • B-Level Technician skills, including:
    • Diagnostics
    • Electrical Repair
    • Engine Repair
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
