Install, inspect, maintain, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems.;
Prepare preventive maintenance schedule and produce reports.;
Coordinate and perform electrical equipment maintenance, installations, and modifications per applicable codes and regulations.;
Assist in operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith, and alarm systems, overseeing essential repairs and other duties.;
Troubleshoot, test, and repair mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed.
