Key Requirements Construction Knowledge

Strong understanding of carpentry, electrical layouts, plumbing constraints, and HVAC planning.

CAD Expertise

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Chief Architect, or similar platforms for accurate plans, elevations, and 3D studies.

Lighting Design

Ability to create layered residential lighting plans (ambient, task, accent, decorative).

Furniture & Flow Planning

Skilled at furniture sizing and designing natural, intuitive circulation.

Acoustic Awareness

Familiarity with how sound behaves in residential spaces, including open-plan environments.

Clear Documentation

Able to produce detailed, contractor-ready drawings, schedules, and specifications.
