Level 2 IT Engineer's Responsibilities and Duties:
- Serve as the primary escalation point for Level 1 support issues
- Provide hands-on desktop and helpdesk support across Windows and Mac environments
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory environments
- Configure, maintain, and support client networks, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Perform network setup, troubleshooting, and remediation (approximately 30% of the role)
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support, preferably within an MSP environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac (Apple) operating systems
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory
- Solid networking experience, including firewall configuration and troubleshooting
- Ability to work across a wide range of technologies and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
