Qualifications &
Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in Wisconsin as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience working with K-12 populations in an educational setting preferred
- Strong understanding of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and special education processes
- Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results for educational planning
- Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and assist in implementing interventions
- Provide counseling, crisis response, and consultation services to students, staff, and families
- Guide the school community in positive behavior support and restorative practices
- Participate in problem-solving and intervention teams
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to professional and district guidelines
