A Salon Stylist at Bell Tower Residence is compassionate and dependable. In this role, you will provide hands‑on barber/beauty services according to the resident's wants and needs while maintaining a pleasant environment in which to receive those services. The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care to seniors and individuals in a residential setting.

• Perform all services required of a salon stylist, including cutting, coloring, perming, and styling resident's hair.
• Communicate any hair, skin, or nail concerns to the nurse.
• Set appointments with residents and/or families.
• Keep work areas clean and sanitized.
• Maintain necessary inventory of needed supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided.
• Familiarize new residents with services available to them.
• Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks.
• Assist residents to and from salon as needed.
• Assist in maintaining an environment that is in compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.

• Must be licensed as a barber and/or cosmetologist in order to practice.
• Must have a minimum of 1–2 years of experience.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.

• Prior experience as a caregiver or CNA in a long‑term care setting.

• Hiring manager contact within 1–2 business days.
• 1–2 interviews with leadership and mentor.
• Electronic onboarding and paid orientation.
• Community tour, badge, keys, and ongoing paid training.
