• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow established procedures and regulatory requirements precisely.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and be on‑call as needed.
• Ability to lift and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Crematory certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
