ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF REHABILITATION - FULL TIME PINE CREST HEALTH & MEMORY CARE - MERRILL, WIPine Crest Health & Memory Care in Merrill, WI , is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric services provided. We can offer a stable and fun in-house therapy team to work with as well as excellent programs serving our geriatric clientele in their journey to recovery.
We are currently seeking a Full Time Assistant Director of Rehabilitation for our in-house rehab program!
This opportunity is open to registered PT/OT/SLP/PTA and COTA applicants.
We are offering a DOR-in-Training program with hands on opportunities to learn management from one of our proven top leaders and prepare to become a Rehab Director in our growing organization. The position is divided between management training (20%) and patient care responsibilities (80%). In return, we can offer an in-house therapy environment where you will be respected and valued as a clinician along with competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits and continuing education.
Experience/
Qualifications:
Licensed OTR, RPT, SLP, PTA or COTA

- Strong writing skills required for documentation of the care you provide
- Exhibits knowledge and understanding of therapy practice

- Understands and accepts the unpredictable nature and needs of the therapy function in a busy rehab department
