Human Services Professional

They collaborate with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote independence and achieve recovery goals.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, participating in training, and responding to client needs, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a human services-related field, a valid driver's license, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with electronic health records.

Preferred experience involves community-based behavioral health, case management, or working with individuals facing mental health challenges.

The role is community-based, requiring travel and physical activity in client homes and settings.
