TEKsystems is seeking a hands-on Service Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a Dev Ops and automation team in Merrill, WI. You will guide a team of 6-7 engineers (including offshore/contractors) and ensure delivery meets SLAs and KPIs while actively resolving issues as needed.
You will oversee orchestration across Azure Dev Ops, Git CI/CD, Service Now, and Control-M, supporting Java applications and mixed environments as the company migrates to SaaS and cloud-based workflows.
