Overview

Park City Credit Union is actively searching for a dynamic leader to fill the role as Executive Vice President (EVP) of Lending.

Position Summary

The Executive Vice President (EVP) of Lending is a senior executive leader responsible for the strategic direction, growth, risk management, and operational performance of the credit union’s lending portfolio to meet the strategic goals of the organization. This role provides enterprise level leadership across consumer, mortgage, commercial and indirect lending operations to ensure portfolio quality, regulatory compliance, balance risk decisions, while at the same time ensuring that we deliver exceptional member experience.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, the EVP of Lending reports to the CEO/President to drive long term organizational success through sound lending strategy with disciplined execution. Retail-focused and committed to bringing strong support to member-facing and indirect teams to achieve the strategic goals and i4 commitment of the organization.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline required.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered

Experience

  • 10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in banking or credit union lending operations.
  • Extensive experience in consumer, mortgage, commercial and indirect lending, underwriting standards, portfolio management, and credit policy development.
  • Retail sales driven leader that focuses on the member experience and expanded product adoption to grow the credit union and expand the member relationship.
  • Executive level leadership experience with responsibility for strategy, risk, and financial performance.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership qualities and committed to a strong internal culture. Provides support to executive team and all areas of oversight to ensure global synergy.
