Position Title: Welder / Fabricator

Wage: $23.00 - $28.00/hour

Shift: 1st or 2nd

Hours: 5:00am - 3:30pm or 3:30pm - 2:00am (Monday - Thursday)

• Perform MIG and flux-core welding on custom fabrication projects
• Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Layout, fit, and assemble fabricated components
• Inspect welds for quality and identify weld defects or discontinuities
• Work safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule

• MIG and/or Flux-core welding experience
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Fabrication experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of weld quality standards and discontinuities preferred

• 4-day workweek:
  Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts
• Starting pay: $23–$28/hour, based on experience ($1.60 premium for 2nd shift)
