AGRA Industries is hiring experienced Welder/Fabricators for the 1st shift in Merrill, WI. This full‑time position offers a 4‑day workweek, strong starting pay, no‑deductible health insurance, steady year‑round work, and custom fabrication projects with variety.

• MIG and or Flux‑core welding experience
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Fabrication experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of weld quality standards and discontinuities preferred

• 4‑day workweek:
  Monday–Thursday, 10‑hour shifts
• Starting pay: $23–$28 per hour, based on experience ($1.60 premium for 2nd shift)

• Perform MIG and Flux‑core welding on custom fabrication projects
• Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Layout, fit, and assemble fabricated components
• Inspect welds for quality and identify weld defects or discontinuities
• Work safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule

• 4‑day workweek with Fridays typically available for voluntary overtime
