Location: Bell Tower Residence – Merrill, WI (On-site)
Status: Full-time | Part-Time | Casual
Schedule: Days (6:00am-2:00pm) | PMs (2:00pm-10:00pm) | NOCs (10:00pm-6:00am) - Every other weekend | Rotating Holidays - we want to work with your schedule
Job SummaryA Caregiver (PCW) or CNA / Scheduler at Bell Tower Residence is compassionate and dependable. In this role, you will provide hands‑on support with daily living activities, including personal care, medication assistance, meal support, and mobility, while promoting resident dignity and independence. Caregivers also monitor resident well‑being, communicate changes to the care team, and help create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment.
The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and committed to delivering high‑quality care to seniors and individuals in a residential setting.
- $15.00 - $19.36 per hour dependent on experience
- $1.00 per hour shift differential for PM Shift
- $2.50 per hour shift differential for NOC Shift

- Performs all services required of a CNA including providing nursing and nursing‑related services to individuals with cognitive impairments.
- Part‑time scheduling for the nursing department (1 day per week and on‑call every other weekend).
- Initial and ongoing data collection on all patients/residents under the direction of the Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Implements plan of care based on patient/resident physical, psychosocial, cultural, ethnic and religious/spiritual needs.
- Provides direct patient/resident care and reports condition and changes to RN or LPN.
- Demonstrates knowledge of, and respect for the rights, dignity and individuality of each resident in all interactions.
- Actively maintains the confidentiality of resident and facility information.
- Demonstrates respect for co‑workers and responds to needs of residents by complying with facility policies and punctuality. Arrives and begins work on time.
- Has working knowledge and ability to comply with facility policies and procedures for workplace safety including infection control procedures, application of universal precautions for blood borne pathogens, use of personal protective equipment and handling of hazardous materials.
- Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Document results of patient/resident care within established policies, procedures and scope of practice.
Required:
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
Preferred:
- Prior experience as a Caregiver or CNA in a long‑term care setting
- Hiring manager contact within 1–2 business days
- 1–2 interviews with leadership and mentor
- Electronic onboarding and paid orientation
- Community tour, badge, keys, and ongoing paid training
