What You’ll Do- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and emergency response
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and correctional personnel
- Promote patient education, wellness, and continuity of care
- Follow established clinical protocols while delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care
