Job Description

We are looking for merchandisers to work independently across various retail locations, showcasing their organization and time management skills to display and maintain inventory levels of our celebrations product, including greeting cards, gift wrap accessories, party goods, plush and more.
Pay- Starting pay $13.50 per hour, with increases during the first year. After 6 months: $14.30 per hour; after 1 year: $15.00 per hour. Pay rates may vary by location.

This route will service the following retail locations: 505 S Pine Ridge Ave, Merrill, WI 54452 and 710 E 2
Nd St. The weekly average hours are 5 hours per week, potentially up to 10 hours around holidays. Ideal candidate available during Monday morning hours. Availability for additional days and extended hours around major holidays is required.
- Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders, displaying products within greeting card departments and other retail locations, maintaining an organized backroom area, and handling inventory tasks as needed.
- Communicate with management any questions or concerns regarding service or schedules.
- Work in a fast‑paced retail environment using effective time‑management and organizational skills.
- Build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
- Be available for additional working days and extended hours around major holidays.
- Provide occasional assistance with store resets, including minor fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal as requested.
- Review and plan your weekly service schedule and workload using a company‑issued tablet.
- Work independently and with a team.
No Experience Necessary! We will train you.
Qualifications- 18 years or older.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Reliable transportation; most routes have multiple retail locations.
- Reliable internet access to receive job information and updates.
- Technological competency: able to learn and use company‑provided tablet for training and daily tasks.
- Capability to meet scheduling needs, including occasional weekends and days before/after major holidays such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
You will work on the sales floor and backstock room, lifting, pulling, and carrying cartons, merchandise, and fixtures up to 40 pounds. You must stand, walk, stoop, and squat throughout the workday; a stepstool may be used for some tasks. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
