Lincoln County is seeking a Regular full‑time Mechanic in the Highway Department to perform highly skilled work maintaining and repairing diesel and gasoline trucks and construction equipment. You will troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs; supervision is provided by the Highway Department Shop Foreman.
The role requires diagnosing problems, performing engine overhauls, brake and radiator work, electrical and hydraulic systems, welding, and preventive maintenance.
