Warehouse Manager position in Merrill, WI!
Shift: Wage
TBD pending experience, plus earn a productivity incentive bonus !
The Night Warehouse Manager will direct the night warehouse supervisors and team members. Duties will change daily and may consist of, but are not restricted to: night warehouse operations, productivity/culture, managing night picker employees, scheduling, hiring, training, and corrective action of employees, and evaluating performance of employees.

- Experience in warehouse management or a related field.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and manage change.
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and productivity tools.
- Knowledge of Produce Pro a plus.
- Train, coach, and mentor associates on policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Foster open communication and a cohesive team culture.
- Oversee the recruitment, performance review, discipline, and, if necessary, termination processes for night warehouse personnel.
- Monitor operational metrics such as mis-picks and productivity reports to ensure individual and team performance meets established targets.
- Analyze current operations and recommend improvements for cost control and efficiency.
- Collaborate with supervisors to address daily operational needs and resolve challenges promptly.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address safety hazards, escalating issues to the Safety Manager as needed.
- Enforce compliance with corporate, departmental, OSHA, and PPE policies and procedures.
- Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse and its equipment.
- Ensure all order fulfillment meets or exceeds internal and external customer expectations.
- Address and resolve issues impacting service quality or delivery timelines.
- Oversee accurate record-keeping, including payroll times and team member evaluations.
- Maintain effective working relationships with team members, other departments, and leadership.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.
