Overview
Brief Description UNDERSTANDING This role supports the administrative requirements of departmental Operation Teams. Tasks performed are important to the support for team members’ onboarding, training coordination, data organization and tracking. They work closely with department leaders and department team members to ensure coordination and efficiencies are identified within operations. This role values the relationships developed with both leadership and department team members.
They build trust as a core responsibility of the position and maintain information as confidential. They align themselves with the Core Values and present themselves as an example to the rest of the operation.
SCOPE This team member is assigned to a specific operational department but may also support other departments in the direction of management in supporting team member needs.

- Act as a liaison between employees, operations teams, and leadership to ensure training aligns with operational needs
- Support the development, scheduling, and tracking of employee training
- Maintain team members training records and completion reports
- Support process improvements by identifying training gaps and operational inefficiencies
- Partners with HR to actively participate in new-hire onboarding
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires
- Communicate training schedules and expectations clearly to new employees
- Support department leaders with reporting and training efforts.
- Understand and support operational software systems
- Track and report production data
- Generate reports and trend operational data for leadership team.
- Other duties as assigned
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills — team player
- Must be a self-starter and needing minimal oversight
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be detailed oriented.
- Must have a high proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English
- High School Diploma is required
