Atkore is seeking a Customer Service Account Manager I to be based at our Hobart, IN headquarters. The role will support the Customer Service team and drive on-time delivery while improving the customer experience.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will back up the desk, assist CSRs with back orders and new orders, review status reports, and help with escalations and data maintenance. The position includes onboarding and Kaizen activities within 12 months.
