Atkore is seeking a Customer Service Account Manager II based out of our Hobart, IN facility. This role reports to the Customer Service Manager and oversees the order process, driving on-time delivery and enhancing the customer experience.
You will handle orders, inquiries, and coordination with cross-functional teams, use CRM tools, and contribute to KPI reporting. A minimum of 5+ years in a sales or customer-facing role and 1+ year in lean manufacturing is required;
Bachelor's preferred.
