Are you an experienced customer service professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building strong relationships? Alicia Radin’s Farmers Insurance Agency in Merrillville, IN is looking for a motivated and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent service, is proactive and organized, and understands the importance of building trust with our clients.

In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate their insurance needs, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our agency.

The ideal candidate will be confident handling day-to-day customer requests while also recognizing opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the agency.

• Assist customers with policy questions, billing, and coverage
• Process policy changes, payments, certificates, and other service requests
• Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with customers and resolve issues
• Identify opportunities to help customers with additional insurance needs
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Insurance experience preferred
• P&C license is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Professional, positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
