Part-Time, Hybrid; approximately 12-16 hours per week within the program's Monday-Thursday operating window; additional hours may be required based on program needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
* Strong administrative, organizational, and data management skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to build positive relationships and effectively communicate with adult learners from diverse backgrounds
* Demonstrated proficiency with technology, including Google Workspace, data management systems, video conferencing platforms, and digital productivity tools
* Ability to maintain accurate records and meet reporting and compliance deadlines
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Understanding of student confidentiality and privacy laws
* Willingness to work evening hours as program needs require
Preferred
* Experience in career coaching, workforce development, case management, adult education, or a related field
* Experience working with adult learners
* Familiarity with HiSET, TABE/DRC, Essential Education, WIN Career Readiness System, inTERS, or similar instructional and data management platforms
* Knowledge of local workforce, community, training, and post-secondary resources
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Meet individually with adult learners to assess educational and career goals and develop individualized career and transition plans
* Assist students with career exploration, workforce readiness, post-secondary planning, and employment preparation
* Connect students with community resources, workforce training opportunities, credentialing programs, and employment services
* Maintain consistent communication with students to promote attendance, retention, persistence, and successful program completion
* Coordinate High School Equivalency (HiSET) testing logistics, including student registration, scheduling, and preparation
* Administer and monitor TABE and other required assessments as assigned
* Maintain accurate student records in inTERS and other Adult Education data systems
* Perform data entry, verification, quality assurance, and reporting to ensure compliance with Indiana Department of Workforce Development (DWD) requirements
* Generate reports and assist with program monitoring, grant reporting, and data analysis
* Collaborate with Adult Education instructors, Work One partners, community organizations, employers, and post-secondary institutions to support student success
* Assist with student recruitment, orientation, transition services, and follow-up activities
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development, community outreach, and program events
* Perform all other duties as assigned by the administration
