• Train non-exempt warehouse employees on processes and technology.
• Partner with leaders to identify appropriate technical training and development needs.
• Ensure TWI is used as a standard for operations training, provide TWI Job Instruction training, and coach employees on creating job breakdown sheets and instructing effectively through the Job Instruction methodology.
• Perform audits to minimize technical training gaps.
• Contribute to the training effectiveness and quality notification process.
• Provide analysis and metrics regarding learning effectiveness.
• Contribute to the recruitment process by carrying out dexterity tests for potential employees.
• Maintain training records.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in current training materials and procedures, and implement modifications.
• Participate in LEAN events and courses to obtain LEAN Level1 Certification.

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Certification: TWI Job Instruction Train the Trainer Certified (Level1 Preferred).

  Experience utilizing a Learning Management System;
  Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Skills: Ability to manage multiple training priorities in a fast‑paced warehouse environment;
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and collaborate well in a team environment.
• Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Operation & Training: Experience training new hires and existing employees on PIT safety, proper operation, inspections, load handling, and pedestrian awareness.
• Background in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Experience with receiving, picking, inventory moves, cycle counts, and shipment processing.

• Competitive Pay & Benefits: Base pay $22–$26 an hour with a 15% shift differential for the 3pm–11pm shift.
