Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager to join our on-site team in Merrillville, IN. You will undergo 18–24 months of paid training, then manage your own branch and relocate as needed with a full relocation package.
Your focus is helping customers meet financial goals by originating loan business, advising on lending services, and guiding applicants through the process. You’ll evaluate applications, analyze risk, and support sales goals while upholding our values.
