This role is part of the Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) program, which provides world‑class training, licensing support, and on‑boarding to build a successful career in financial advising.
Key Responsibilities- Obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series7 and Series
66 licenses within 30 and 120 days of hire, respectively. - Develop, acquire, and manage client relationships using a consultative approach to identify needs and recommend tailored financial solutions.
- Undertake comprehensive client reviews and presentations, delivering advice that aligns with clients’ financial goals and life priorities.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment teams to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill products, ensuring coverage of all financial needs.
- Participate in the Academy’s training programs, coaching sessions, and ongoing professional development to advance through FSAI to StageII.
- Maintain compliance with SAFE Act registration, completing required background checks and registrations for residential mortgage originations.
- Proven aptitude for obtaining industry licenses and self‑discipline in managing time and capacity.
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a results‑driven mindset in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology or applications.
- Current FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE) certification.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum one year of financial services or sales experience.
- Skills in account management, branding, customer focus, oral and written communication, issue and risk management, pipeline management, active listening, and causation analysis.
Weekly schedule:
Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required. Shift: first shift (United States). Hours per week: 40.
This position requires SAFE Act registration and ongoing compliance with residential mortgage originations. Failure to maintain registration may result in immediate termination.
