Lincolnshire Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Housekeeper in Merrillville, Indiana. The Housekeeper will maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility to ensure a positive experience for patients and residents.

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, common areas, and equipment according to established guidelines
• Restock supplies and linens as needed
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all areas of the facility
• Collaborate with other departmental staff to ensure seamless operations
• Perform general housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, dusting, and mopping
• Restock and maintain linen closets and supply rooms
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities department

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
