Construction Project Manager

We are supporting a leading engineering services firm in hiring a Project Manager to help oversee a large-scale utility infrastructure project. This role will play a key part in coordinating field execution, subcontractor scheduling, and project financial tracking as the work scales. This position is ideal for someone who is ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to grow into a long-term leadership track within utility construction and infrastructure delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day coordination of a live utility distribution/joint-use program
• Support scheduling and oversight of subcontractors and field crews
• Track project progress, forecasting, and financial processes (invoicing, reporting, budgeting support)
• Maintain organized workflows across multiple moving work streams
• Partner closely with operations leadership to ensure smooth execution as project volume increases
• Contribute to a technology-enabled approach to infrastructure delivery and field reporting
• 2+ years of project management or coordination experience (construction, utilities, telecom, civil infrastructure, or similar)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and deadlines
• Comfort working with financial processes such as invoicing, forecasting, or project reporting
• Ability to communicate effectively with field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Motivated, eager-to-learn mindset with interest in growing into larger program responsibility
• Willingness to spend limited time onsite/in the field as needed in a hybrid structure
