(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Pediatric-NP - 1,000 Signing Bonus! Pediatric Nurse Practitioner | Family Nurse Practitioner - Out-Patient Clinic Setting-Loan Repayment Eligible (New Grad friendly with collaborating support and training)

We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join a well-respected outpatient clinic. The Provider will work a 4|10s or 5|8s schedule in Valparaiso, managing an estimated 20‑22 patients per day and providing routine primary care services to pediatric patients. The PNP will see patients with minor illnesses and injuries, including colds, flu, physical exams, and wellness check‑ups. Compensation ranges from $125,000–$135,000 (depending on experience) and includes comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, malpractice, 401(k) with matching contribution, 4 weeks PTO, 1 week paid CME, 11 paid holidays, a $2,500 allowance, and a loan repayment program through the NHSC ($25,000 per year for student loan repayment—a minimum of $50,000 for a two‑year commitment—or Nursing Corp which offers up to 60% loan debt forgiveness.
