As a Certified Nurses Assistant, you will be responsible for improving our residents experience and maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment. Your focus will be the basic quality‑of‑life for our residents, so duties such as recording vitals, providing ambulatory assistance, and supplying hygiene needs will be key in the individualized care.

- Assisting in daily living by delivering meals, ambulating, and providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.
- Aiding patients with personal hygiene: baths/showers, getting to/from the toilet, or positioning bed pans.
- Maintaining patient stability by checking vital signs and weight, testing urine, and recording intake and output information.
- Supporting patients as a CNA by answering call lights, patient requests, and aiding with transportation when needed.
- Reporting observations and changes in patient's condition to nursing supervisor.
- Strong interpersonal skills, especially when delivering sensitive information to patients and/or families.
- Ability to think critically under pressure.
- Must have and maintain a current, valid CNA Certification.
- Ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
- Be able to make independent decisions concerning above job duties.
- Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, vendors, and the general public.
- Be knowledgeable in medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long‑term care.
- 8‑hour shifts
- Full time CNA Day shift
- Rotating Holiday Schedule
- Weekend availability
