Asa Lead Nurse, youarer esponsible forassistingthe Director of Nursing in planning, implementing, and managing certain aspects of the nursing department under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years related nursing practice
- Ability to travel locally as needed.
Preferred
- Registered Nurse in good standing
- Two (2) years of leadership experience
Responsibilities:
- Assist the DON with orientation, annual trainingcurriculumand other team education.
- Attendthe weeklytreatment team.
- Under DON's direction, help develop the schedule forthe nursing team to ensure all shifts are covered.
Provide coverage when necessary. - Provide oversight of inventory,ordering,and receiving medical supplies.
- Maintain compliance with regulations governing alcohol and other drug entities of accrediting bodies by monitoring operations under the direction of the DON.
- Participate in nursing training and policy compliance.
- Complete all training in a timely manner
- Work with leadership team on state and CARF readiness/surveys and preparation under the direction of the DON.
- Ensure the treatment plan of the provider or medical director isbeing followed.
- Other duties as assigned.
