Are you a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for a rewarding opportunity on the midnight shift? Spring Mill Health Campus is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our nursing team and provide exceptional care to our residents.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care according to residents’ individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
Complete accurate and timely documentation in Point Click Care
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members
Supervise and support CNAs during the shift
Maintain residents’ safety, comfort, privacy, and dignity
Follow all facility policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
Active LPN license in the State of Indiana
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
