Are you a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking for a rewarding opportunity on the midnight shift?
Spring Mill Health Campus is seeking dedicated CNAs to join our nursing team and provide exceptional care to our residents.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Support residents with bathing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, and meal services
• Monitor and document vital signs, weights, and intake/output
• Promptly report changes in a resident’s condition to the nursing team
• Maintain residents’ safety, comfort, privacy, and dignity
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in Point Click Care
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other team members

• Active CNA certification in the State of Indiana
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
