As a Midnight RN at Spring Mill Health Campus
, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents, including:

• Assessing and developing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Providing emotional support and education to residents and their families

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care

• Provide direct patient care to residents on the night shift

• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nurse supervisor or physician

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement care plans

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff

• Document patient care and progress accurately and thoroughly

• Current RN licensure in the state of Indiana
