Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating the correct parts
- Process orders, returns, and invoices accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized stock and ensure timely restocking
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to source parts as needed
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service at the counter and over the phone
- Support inventory audits and help maintain a clean, professional workspace
What Were Looking For:
- Automotive Parts Retail experience is required
- GM Parts experience preferred
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team
- Organized and friendly personality with good customer service skills
- Time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Applicants must pass pre-employment screening
