Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assisting with self-service technology; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and concerns; promoting products and services;
Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps; forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials; reporting unsafe situations to management;
Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning, stocking, setting up displays, signing and pricing merchandise, and identifying shrink;
Monitor food and merchandise quality including product rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation standards;
Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; prioritizing deadlines and adapting to change.
