- Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members, and providing exceptional customer service across the club as needed.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area, receive and stock merchandise in an organized manner, and maintain inventory to avoid out‑of‑stock and over‑stock situations.
- Keep member satisfaction as your top priority and adapt quickly to changing work scenarios.
- Use cross‑functional teamwork, educate associates on tools and resources, and maintain in‑stock levels while controlling shrinkage.
- Prepare produce according to quality standards (trim, crisp, package, scale), maintain product safety and sanitation guidelines, and adhere to laws and regulations.
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience, using handheld technology for data‑driven decisions.
- Drive performance of the area, use inventory management techniques, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, and guide peers with customer focus.
- Advocate for the department, model high quality service, and execute basics at the highest level.
- Follow company policies, procedures, ethics, and standards, using Open Door Policy and applying best practices.
- Prioritize work through collaboration with managers and peers, communicate progress, recommend improvements, and adapt to change.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Will successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed period.
- Experience in produce, customer service, or food retail.
- Strong communication skills and positive influence on team members.
- Problem‑solving and creative thinking with a focus on quality and customer experience.
The hourly wage range is $18.00 to $26.00, with additional premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule and role.
