Sales Associate - Merrillville Retail Store

About the Role

We have an opening for a Retail Team Member. Your role involves generating sales, providing customer service, operating the cash register, and performing operational tasks as assigned by the store manager.

Retail team members are responsible for generating sales and providing customer service. They will also be required to operate the cash register and perform a variety of operational activities as assigned by the store manager.

We are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with customers, reaching out to the community, and have a love for chocolate.

The base salary range for this position is $7.25 to $14 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits, provided you are working at least 30 hours per week.
