Are you a sales-driven individual with a passion for helping customers? Auto Savvy is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our team! Whether you have sales experience in any industry—furniture, cell phones, technology, or other sectors—or you’re new to automotive sales, we’re excited to see what you bring to the table.

• Engage with potential customers through follow-ups on warm leads, generating new sales opportunities
• Present vehicle options, discuss pricing, and close deals while meeting sales targetsl
• Craft and deliver compelling sales strategies that appeal to customer needs
• Apply proven sales techniques to promote vehicles and recommend add-on products or services
• Provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience from start to finish

• Sales experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates from various employment backgrounds
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Comfortable with computers and tech-savvy in a digital sales environment
• Enjoys a fast-paced, target-driven workplace and thrives in a team setting

• Active driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorization to work in the U.S

• Monthly minimum sales draw
• Competitive bonus opportunities based on front and backend gross
• Additional bonuses per vehicle sold and review generation

• 5 day work week
• Monday - Saturday; 1 weekday off either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
• Operating hours of the store
• Monday - Friday 10 AM - 8 PM
• Saturday 9 AM - 7 PM

• Ability to operate a vehicle
• Ability to sit for 2- 4 hours
• Ability to stand and walk for 4 - 6 hours
• Visual acuity to read and type for 2 - 6 hours
• Simple grasping and fine manipulation to sort through papers for 2 - 4 hours
• Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 30 pounds unassisted
• Onsite desk setup to assist in-person customers
• Both in and outdoors in all seasons and types of weather
• Frequently in and out of vehicles
