Outside Sales Regional Account Manager - Industrial Component Service & Repair

Regional Account Manager – Northern Indiana & surrounding areas

• Work with leadership to create a sales plan and develop a prospect list to capture new business
• Full‑cycle sales activities including qualification of leads, cold calls, sales presentations, writing quotations and closing sales
• Utilize tools, resources and CRM to plan and manage time and territory
• Collaborate with customer‑service and technical‑support teams to meet and exceed sales goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Engineering or a 2‑year technical degree (preferred)
• 1+ year industrial sales experience in repair services, preferably selling repair services within electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos and/or mechanical components
• Ability to establish and maintain business relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency required
• Valid driver's license
  
  Overnight travel may be required
• Ability to drive for customer visits, stand/walk throughout the day in industrial settings and lift/carry items up to 50 lb
