Thursday-Saturday 3pm - 11pm / Flex-Sunday-Wednesday
Pay: $20.00 per hour
About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and adaptable Unarmed Flex Security Officer to support a distribution facility as needed. This on-call position is crucial for covering call-offs, last-minute openings, vacation coverage, and special assignments. The ideal candidate is experienced, highly flexible, and able to quickly adapt to different environments.
Responsibilities
* Cover open shifts, call-offs, and last-minute staffing needs at the distribution center
* Maintain a professional security presence and deliver excellent customer service
* Conduct foot and mobile patrols, monitor access points, and observe/report safety or security concerns
* Respond to incidents and follow established site procedures
* Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation
* Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members
Requirements
* Open availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
* Security experience required (1+ year preferred)
* Valid driver's license
* Clean driving record
* Reliable transportation
* Drug test clearance
* Clean background check
* Professional communication and customer-service skills
* Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to various site environments
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in distribution center or warehouse security
* Ability to learn new posts quickly
* Strong conflict-resolution skills
