• Support Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance (ERSEA) and record‑keeping compliance.
• Provide case management, parent education and crisis intervention to support self‑sufficiency for all Pre‑K families.
• Coordinate parent events related to program goals and governance.
• Coordinate parent meetings and events.
• Provide social services, as required by the Federal Performance Standards, to children and families, including those with disabilities.
• Acts as liaison and support between parents, classroom/school staff, community agencies and other staff.
• Daily contact with clients (children and families) and program staff to ensure quality program implementation.
• Oversee all documentation and record‑keeping for compliance, including but not limited to:
• ERSEA‑recruitment/waitlist, intake, registration, attendance campaign.
• Parent Engagement - meetings, events, education, communications.
• PROMIS database - initial entry, maintenance, weekly updates (health, nutrition, family service, in kind, attendance)
• Child and Family files - ERSEA/Family Services;
  Health/Nutrition
• Monitoring/Record‑keeping binders

• A credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling or related field.
• Two years of related experience in administrative duties, data entry, client/customer service preferred.
• Required to have access to reliable transportation in order to complete activities such as recruitment, intakes, community events, field trips and transition activities.
