Instructional Designer

As a Instructional Designer
, you will leverage your learning design expertise in assessing, planning, designing and developing instructionally sound learning solutions that are engaging and innovative as part of a broader talent and learning strategy for Fidelity Wealth.

Candidates must be local to Merrimack, NH to work a hybrid schedule.

This is a strict 6 month contract.

• Ability to design and build learning experiences using modern graphic design, video and authoring tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite and domin
  
  Know.
• Experience with video capture and editing.
• Familiar to the Microsoft Power Platform or Tableau.
• Strong in-depth knowledge and skills in instructional design including experience with creating learning strategies, deployment plans, and evaluation methods.
• Ability to identify and leverage an array of learning mediums and tools to drive impact and engagement.
• Experience using Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) to deliver skill and role-based trainings.
• Development and management of learning evaluation strategies.
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated excellence in project management.
• Ability to build and maintain constructive and collaborative relationships with diverse individuals and groups, both in person and virtually.
• Comfortable as a self-starter and able to act independently under general direction.
• 5 - 7 years of solution design and development experience in a corporate setting

• Experience using learning tools to build rich, skill-building, experiences deployed through live delivery, Degreed, SharePoint, Novo Ed, and Sum Total.
• Lead the design of learning solutions across critical skills and targeted roles employing strong adult learning principles, innovative learning modalities and technologies to transform the learner experience.
• Effective translation of subject matter expert content into practical, accessible and relevant learner solutions.
• Create learner-centric experiences and content leveraging user-centered design with practical application, measurement, and sustainment.
• Maintain currency with the latest industry learning trends, tools and platforms and effectively implement insights and standard methodologies into program designs and solutions
• Collaborate across peers and stakeholders building strong trusted partnership aimed at building learning solutions that solve business problems and strategic priorities.
