Senior Teacher

Kinder Care seeks a Senior Teacher for our Merrimack center to lead engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young children. In this role, you will design and implement lesson plans, guide classroom staff, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment that supports each child's social, emotional, and academic growth. You will partner closely with families, observe and document progress, and adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs.

As a senior team member, you will mentor colleagues, model best practices, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive school culture that values continuous learning.
